Basse qualité

La visière teintée est de très mauvaise qualité et déforme l'image. Elle est totalement inutilisable. Il y a aussi beaucoup de bruit de craquement à cause de la bourrure intérieure qui n'est pas fixée solidement.. J'aimerais bien savoir s'il est possible d'acheter une autre visière teintée pour la remplacer mais je n'ai pas pu avoir de réponse de la part de BFR. Je ne peux pas recommander ce produit surtout à cause de l'absence de service à la clientèle.

Poor quality

I bought a modular flip-up helmet and the sun visor is of very poor quality. It distorts image. The foam inside is noisy (lots of crackling sound) The communication with the seller is very difficult. There is a place to chat on their site but nobody answer. I don't recommend this product.

Nice helmet , Poor service

This is a nice helmet for the price , however it arrived with a broken visor . I received this item on June 1st 2022 . Immedietly contacted the company and was told that they would send me a new visor . It is now July 1st and after several more emails I still do not have my replacement visor . I wouldn't buy from this company again and recomend that no one else does .
